REACH

POB’s Mission is to reach the lost no matter the cost. Proverbs 11:30 states, “The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise.” It is our desire and our prayer to see lost souls saved and backsliders come home. We want you here at POB! It doesn’t matter who you are, where you're from, there is always a place here for you.

CONNECT

POB wants to connect with you through prayer, bible studies, connect groups, and many other activities our church has to offer. You are important to us! We love people. We need each other and we need you. It is amazing to see many people from diverse backgrounds come together and connect in the body of Christ as one. “From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.” Ephesians 4:16

GROW

POB is continuously growing. We not only want to grow in number, but also in our walk with God. Matthew 5:6 states, “Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.” We feel that no one can ever reach the place where we can say we have enough of God. We should constantly be learning and growing in Him.  In addition to growing in God, we are continually striving to find new ways of reaching and connecting with our community. We know that if we plant the seed, God will grow it and in time we will reap a harvest. “....behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest.” John 4:35.

SERVE

POB wants to serve you! We never want to lose the heartbeat for serving. True servanthood is an active deed of love which brings happiness and contentment. The act of serving moves the hearts of others and offers comfort. Jesus showed us how to serve when He washed the feet of his disciples and laid down His life for ours. Our relationship with God becomes deeper and more meaningful when we serve others and put their needs above our own. Before you can become great, you must first take on the heart of a servant. Matthew 23:11 states, “But he that is greatest among you shall be your servant.”
